Important Printer Information-- If you have chosen a printer to print your publication, we will work with that printer to obtain all the information needed, provided that printer can accept  your  job electronically. If you have not chosen a printer, we will gladly provide recommendations of area printers that we have worked with on a regular basis and are confident will print your job successfully.
			All price quotes or invoices from Arise Publication Specialists will reflect the cost of all services rendered, excluding printing, unless otherwise specified. You will be billed separately, from your printer, unless otherwise agreed upon by client and Arise Publication Specialists. All clients will sign off on proof before the job goes to the printer. All accounts must be paid in full, for each issue, before files will be released to printer. Arise Publication Specialists will not be responsible for any printer/pressmen error.  All clients  will be responsible for picking up the finished job from the printer, or making prior arrangements for delivery through Arise Publication Specialists or specified printer. Arise Publication Specialists retains all rights and ownership of electronic files.
			Important Pricing Information-- Arise Publication Specialists will provide pricing by the job, by the page, and by the ad.  All additional services provided  may require additional fees. All additional services necessary to complete the job will be billed the hourly rate of $25.00 per hour. We presume that all your text/copy will be generated in a word processing program, and sent to us via email, or on disk. Actual typing of text/copy will result in additional fees of $12.50 per hour. We, at Arise Publication Specialists, prefer the E-Bill method of invoicing. We will send an E-Bill to your email, of which, you can view on-screen and/or print a hard copy. If you prefer to receive a hard copy of your invoice through snail mail, please notify us. Please make all checks payable to: Arise Publication Specialists Mail to: 819 Saint Marks Church Road Cherryville, NC 28021 Or, a representative from Arise Publication Specialists will come to your chosen location to pick up your payment, if necessary. All payments must be received one week before  the publication goes to press. Files will not be released to printer or taken to press unless account is paid in full, for each issue. A fee of $30.00 for any returned check will be levied.
