Page Layout & Design-- We'll layout the pages of your publication, according to your printer's specific guidelines, to ensure the technical accuracy of dimensions, file formats, resolutions, photos, graphics, fonts, and more. We'll put your ads and photos on the pages, and flow your copy (text content) to achieve the professional look your publication deserves.

Provide Art & Graphics-- We'll supply and provide stock art  or clip art for your publication at no extra cost. Original graphics and art, custom-designed to your specifications will incur an extra fee based on the complexity and time involved. Rates, however, are very reasonable.

Prepare Publication For Print-- We'll prepare your publication for print so that what you see on your proof is actually what you see on the final printed piece. We'll work closely with area printers to ensure that the specifications and systems work together to ensure a quality product. We cannot be responsible for printer/pressmen error.

Copy Fitting-- We'll "flow" the text for your articles, stories, headlines, etc., into the designated areas to achieve the greatest ease of readability, maximum reader impact, and professional appearance. We presume that all your text will be typed, spell checked, and proofread, in word processing software, BEFORE you send it to us, via email or on disk. Actual typing or excessive editing will incur additional fees.

Ad Design-- We'll professionally design and prepare ads for your clients, and provide either an electronic proof, or a hard copy proof, for each ad. You, the publisher, or someone you designate within your organization, are responsible for getting the proof to the client, and getting any changes/corrections back to us, before the specified deadline. Excessive changes or proofs will incur additional fees. You, the publisher, or someone you designate within your organization, must provide us with the necessary items such as logos, product photos, prices, etc., in order for us to prepare the ads for your clients.

Ads can be included within the context of pricing the job as a whole, provided the approximate number of ads, and their size, are determined before the quote is obtained. Price will be adjusted accordingly, based on the number and size of actual ads produced, if it differs from the number and size of ads quoted.

Ads may also be priced by the page, or by the individual ad.

We are not responsible for any ad change or correction that is not identified during the proofing process.

Prepare &  Adjust Photos-- We'll prepare and adjust photos, scans or digital images for color, brightness, contrast, resolution, and sharpness, according to your printers specific guidelines, to achieve the best quality possible. Excessive scans or photos will incur additional fees.
